Compromised UDelNet Accounts

Dec 14, 2012

In order to protect the University's ability to send and receive email, we sometimes have to disable UDelNet accounts that have been compromised by malware (usually spambot or command-and-control software) that got onto your computer or Internet-connected device via email, downloaded software or media files, or visits to unsafe Web sites.

If you are unable to log in to a UD service with your UDelNet ID and UDelNet password, contact the IT Support Center (ITSC) for assistance. You can use the ITSC Help Request Form or call (302) 831-6000.
