Summer Faculty Institute to be held May 29-June 1
The University of Delaware's 2012 Summer Faculty Institute will be held over four days, May 29-June 1, in Gore Hall.
The institute, designed to meet the needs of everyone who teaches at UD, will feature 30 faculty presentations, a range of hands-on working sessions and free lunches.
Information Technologies issues May Activity Report
University of Delaware Information Technologies has published its May Activity Report.
The report details IT projects from the past three months and provides news about upcoming events.
The report contains:
- Information about the upcoming Summer Faculty Institute (May 29-June 1);
- A reminder about UD password rules;

LearnIT@UD program presents new Bring Your Own Data workshops
IT's new Bring Your Own Data workshops can help members of the campus community apply concepts they have learned in LearnIT classes to their own data.
The workshops offer participants the chance to show what they are trying to accomplish and to learn more effective ways of working with their data.
