Mac OS X Lion (10.7) available for UD-owned computers
Apple's new operating system, Mac OS X Lion (10.7), is now available at no additional cost for UD-owned computers. The University has a campus-wide license for Apple’s Mac OS X (10.6 and 10.7), iLife (’09 and ’11), and iWork ’09 software that allows installation on any UD-owned computer. The license does not include work-at-home rights or personal-use rights for personally owned computers.
Changes to Google Apps for Education: How will they affect UDel.edu?
July 23-24, IT will make some changes to Google Apps @UDel.edu as required by Google. Most clients will see no change. However, if you have used your udel.edu email address to set up an account at a Google service not included in Google Apps @UDel.edu, you will need to set up a Google.com account.
