- Management Information Services (MIS)
Organization Chart
- MIS is responsible for the acquisition, development and maintenance of the university's core business systems. MIS shares responsibility for the campus Web presence providing Web design and development services to both administrative and academic clients.
- Network & Systems Services (NSS)
Organization Chart
- NSS is responsible for campus data networking, telecommunications, the cable TV distribution system, central computer operations, voice
mail, telephone services and campus card systems. NSS provides 24x7 operational support and has second tier support personnel on call 24 hours per day, 365 days per
year.
The IT Help Center and Systems Security and Access, groups within NSS, interface with the UD community to provide telephone support for general
computer questions and security-related issues.
- University Media Services (UMS)

- UMS is the university-wide media technical support provider for classroom technology, distributed education, and video production and distribution.
- User Services (US)

- US provides and delivers the services that enable the faculty, staff and students of the University to effectively use information technology in research, instruction,
public service and administration.
CITA Partnership
Information Technologies staff consults and collaborates with Campus IT Associates
(CITAs), and others who provide IT support for a college or department.
System Administrator User Groups, Computer Corps Meetings, IT-All Staff meetings and educational seminars
provide opportunities for IT Staff and CITAs to share information, discuss support issues,
and learn about new systems and applications.
