Network & Systems Services (NSS) is responsible for the

Cable TV distribution system
Campus Data Networking
Campus-wide Card Reader system
Central Computer Operations
Telecommunications
Telephone Services
Voicemail

NSS provides 24x7 operational support and has second tier support personnel on call 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

System Security, Access and Help Services (SSAHS), a unit of NSS, serves as the point of entry for users to IT services, through:

the IT Help Center, which provides telephone support for general computing questions and problems.
System Security and Access, which coordinates access to UD computing resources and interfaces with users to ensure the computer security of the University of Delaware network.
